Policies

Shipping:

- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours.
- Free shipping on all orders over Rs. 799 (domestic only).
- Tracking details sent via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

Delivery:
- Standard delivery time is 10 to 15 days.

- Personalized items may take longer to process and deliver.

Returns:
- 30-day return policy for unused and unworn items (except personalized jewellery).
- Refund initiated once the product is received in our warehouse.
- Report damaged or defective items within 5 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned via an alternate courier service if in non-serviceable pin codes; we reimburse up to Rs. 70 for shipping costs.

Cancellation:
- Cancellations are accepted immediately after placing the order if the shipping process has not begun.
- No cancellations for perishable items.
- Refunds for cancellations are processed within 9-15 days.

Empty Parcels or Missing Products:
- Report within 48 hours with a 360-degree unpacking video for assistance.
